1. Competence: Do Your Best in Everything You Do

Proverbs 22:29 (NIV) – “Do you see someone skilled in their work? They will serve before kings; they will not serve before officials of low rank.”

2. Personality: Make Others Feel Valued

1 Peter 4:9-10 (NIV) – “Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each of you should use

whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various

forms.”

Proverbs 11:25 (NIV) – “A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.”

3. Character: Stay True When No One's Watching

Proverbs 11:3 (NIV) – “The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.”

4. Honesty: Building Trust With Truth

Proverbs 12:22 (NIV) says, “The Lord detests lying lips, but He delights in people who are trustworthy.”
