Exodus 13:12–13:
“That you shall set apart to the Lord all that open the womb, that is, every firstborn that comes from an animal which you have; the males shall be the Lord’s. But every firstborn of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb; and if you will not redeem it, then you shall break its neck. And all the firstborn of man among your sons you shall redeem.”
Numbers 18:15
The first offspring of every womb, both human and animal, that is offered to the Lord is yours. But you must redeem every firstborn son and every firstborn male
of unclean animals.
John cried out, “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29).
Romans 5:8 God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

Exodus 23, we read:
The first of the firstfruits of your land you shall bring into the house of the Lord your God (v. 19).
Proverbs 3:9-10 says:
Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the firstfruits of all your increase; so your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will overflow with new wine.
Joshua 6:19 but a man named Achan took some for himself and became “accursed”
Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, “In what way have we robbed You?” In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with a curse, for you have robbed Me, even this whole nation (Malachi 3:8–9).
Malachi, God says, “For I am the Lord, I do not change” (v. 6).
Genesis 4:
And in the process of time it came to pass that Cain brought an offering of the fruit of the ground to the Lord. Abel also brought of the first- born of his flock and of their fat. And the Lord respected Abel and his offering, but He did not respect Cain and his offering. And Cain was very angry, and his countenance fell (vv. 3–5).
And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the Lord’s. It is holy to the Lord (Leviticus 27:30).
Romans 11:16:
For if the firstfruit is holy, the lump is also holy; and if the root is holy, so are the branches.
In 1 Corinthians 16, we read:
Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the churches of Galatia, so you must do also: On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come (vv. 1–2).
